Services

One practice for the whole picture

Strategy, structure, growth and tax: Peggy’s four disciplines, explained plainly below. Every engagement starts with a discovery call and a written quote.

01

Strategy

A plan, not just a tax return.

Advisory that meets regularly instead of once a year in October. We plan, forecast the cash, and look hard at pricing and margins. Over time the numbers stop being a report of what happened and start being the basis for what you do next.

What’s included

  • Business planning and goal-setting
  • Cashflow forecasting you can actually read
  • Pricing and margin analysis
  • KPIs that matter for your kind of business
  • Advisory meetings through the year, not just at lodgment

For owners who want a thinking partner. If you have ever said "I don't even know if this month was a good month", this is where to start.

02

Structure

Built to hold what's coming.

Entities, asset protection, remuneration and succession. The architecture under a business is invisible when it's right and expensive when it's wrong, so we get it right early and review it as things change.

What’s included

  • Entity selection and restructuring
  • Asset protection for owners and directors
  • Tax-effective remuneration and profit extraction
  • Succession and estate considerations for family businesses
  • Clean setup for new ventures from day one

For businesses growing past a sole-trader setup, families planning succession, and anyone whose structure was last reviewed "a while ago".

03

Growth

Decisions made on evidence.

The growth stage throws up big, expensive questions: that hire, that site, that loan, that new service. We build the budgets and scenarios that let you answer them with something better than a gut feel.

What’s included

  • Profit improvement reviews
  • Budgeting and scenario modelling
  • Clean numbers for banks and lenders
  • Cashflow management through the growth curve
  • An accountant who answers the phone in the week it matters

For businesses at an inflection point that want the decision made on evidence rather than hope.

04

Tax

Planned in May, not repaired in November.

Returns, BAS and tax-agent representation from a TPB-registered practice. The work is done properly, and the planning happens before 30 June, when there is still time to change the outcome.

What’s included

  • Income tax returns: individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships
  • BAS and IAS preparation and lodgment
  • Tax planning before year-end
  • ATO correspondence and representation handled for you
  • Catch-up work for overdue returns, without the lecture

For everyone, really. Especially anyone whose affairs have outgrown a simple return, or who has fallen behind and wants it sorted calmly.

How engagements run

You’ll always know the number first

Every engagement starts the same way: a free discovery call, a look at where things stand, then a written scope and quote before any work begins. Fixed fees wherever the work allows it.

A free discovery call

Thirty minutes, and the honest version of ‘here’s what I’d do’.

A written scope

What we’ll do, what it costs, and when it’s done. In plain English.

One point of contact

Peggy. Not a rotating roster of juniors you’ve never met.
